The Problem:
Meta engineered a new way to optimize ad budget spend at the Campaign level, but adoption was low.
The Solution:
A growth-focused, strategic addition of contextual upsells and toggles across various Meta Ads surfaces.
My Role:
Sole product designer working in a traditional XFN team, mostly collaborating with Product Management and Product Marketing on this project.
Impact:
An increase in Campaign Budget Optimization adoption and retention, ultimately leading to the Meta Ads’ “best practice” of leaving CBO on by default.
