The Problem:


On my team, there was no shared vocabulary for the various design artifacts a Product Designer could be asked to deliver.




The Solution:


 An intentionally-designed, shared & reinforced Design Deliverables framework.






My Role:


 Product Designer partnered with other Designers and Design leadership.




Impact:


Immediate, substantial improvements in daily Design operations, reduced friction in Design -> XFN handoffs.
